  Manesco Upholstery came highly recommended to me. I have an antique couch that I had been wanting to restore for many years. I took the couch to Manesco to have the it reupholstered and selected fabric from their location. They did the work and delivered the finished couch to my house.
  
  Upon inspection I discovered the cushions were done incorrectly. The cushions were insufficiently stuffed - there were gaps with no stuffing and the cushions were lumpy. One of the owners came to my house to view the work and said I should have viewed the couch at their location prior to having it delivered to my house, trying to make it my problem that the work was done incorrectly. After some discussion she took the cushions [without the couch] back to the shop to adjust.
  
  When they brought the cushions back and placed them on the couch it was apparent they were way too small. There were gaps of 1-2" between the cushions once they were placed on the couch. This time they took the cushions and couch back to the shop.
  
  I ended up taking final delivery of the cushions even though they are ALL different sizes and don't look even on the couch. At this point I am frustrated and tired of dealing with this company.
  
  This place in not inexpensive. They charge like they do first rate work but don't. They are lacking quality control in their workmanship.
